N1 - AACR Annual Meeting-- Apr 14-18, 2007; Los Angeles, CA 665 The BCL6 transcriptional repressor is constitutively expressed in about 60% of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphomas (DLBCLs). We designed a recombinant peptide that specifically disrupts the interaction between BCL6 and the SMRT/N-CoR corepressor proteins. This peptide inhibitor blocked BCL6 mediated repression of target genes and killed lymphoma cells.
