    Diane Kramer MSN-Ed, RN has over 29 years of nursing experience.  She obtained her Master’s Degree with honors as well as a specialty in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix in 2019, her BSN is from Barry University in Miami, and she earned a Post Masters Certificate from the University of Miami with a concentration in Clinical Nursing Education. She is a Certified Medical –Legal Consultant. In addition to being a 29 year Baptist Health South Florida Nurse, she has had varied nursing experiences, including:  Neuroscience , Orthopedics , Medical Surgical , Home Health Care, as well as a Clinical Nurse Educator for Chest Pain, Observation , Float Pool Nurses and Clinical Partners. She has served as clinical faculty for the Scholar Clinical Partner Program.  For the past 11 years, she has been a team member of Baptist Health South Florida Clinical Learning Department, which supports the Hospital System's Clinical staffs' learning needs as well as a contributor to the BHSF Residency program; which was awarded Accreditation with Distinction from ANCC.  She has been published in The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing and is currently conducting research on residents, managers, and educators perceptions of the Collaborative Support Model Process working in partnership her colleagues. Her professional focus and research is on the Collaborative Support Model, Formal Mentorship and Bedside Shift Reporting Processes.
